Pegasus Group are acting on behalf of ExtraCare Charitable Trust and Lone Star Land Ltd in relation to the proposed development at Little Aston Lane, Little Aston for the provision of an Integrated Retirement Community. This website has been created to provide you with information about the proposals for the Site, and to engage with residents to seek views on the proposals.

 

The proposal seeks to provide around 260 homes within a range of apartment types. The proposed development would also provide on-site affordable accommodation of around 60%.
