The Proposals

The proposed development would seek to deliver the following:

• a retirement village for over 55s comprising of 260 apartments, with a range of types.​

• on-site affordable accommodation of around 60%.

​​

• a community hub including, a shop, restaurant and community room that is accessible to all members of the public.

​​

• on-site parking for Little Aston primary school and potentially recreation ground, reducing pressure on Forge Lane.
